El-Djouher Martzloff

El-Djouher Martzloff is a Senior Clinical Development Director at Novartis. Previously, Djouher supported the seamless transition of iscalimab from NIBR to GDD for studies in kidney and liver transplantation in adult and pediatric patients. Before joining Novartis, Djouher worked as a preclinical scientist at PELVIPHARM. She also worked as a clinical trial leader at FORENAP-Pharma (France), specializing in first-in-human and proof-of-concept studies. At Novartis, she has held multiple positions in Clinical Development with increasing responsibility over 10 years, mainly in kidney, liver and heart transplantation, as well as NASH. Djouher holds a PhD in Neurophysiology from the Medical University of Paris South, completed post-doctoral research in the neuroanatomy and neurophysiology of urinary disorders in collaboration with the Northwestern University Medical School (Chicago), and has a Master’s in Clinical Research and Drug Development from the University of Paris.
