I am a recent Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Manitoba with vibrant experience and interest in community health and epidemiology. Over the past three years, I have had the opportunity to study the impact of food allergy on the psychosocial functioning of children and adolescents, risk factors for COVID-19-vaccine-induced anaphylaxis, and the impact of infantile atopic dermatitis on the maternal-infant bond. I have been involved in collaborative research projects in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Sweden. My main areas of interest include clinical epidemiology, pediatric allergy and immunology, and systems medicine. Currently, I am conducting research on maternal and child health, exploring postpartum depression and perinatal anxiety among mothers of infants with atopic dermatitis using mixed methods.
