My research focuses on identifying Immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibody binding epitopes on asthma-associated allergens for the design of hypoallergens. Toward this goal, I identify the sequences of IgE antibody variable domains, express recombinant monoclonal antibody Fab, and create allergen-antibody complexes for crystallographic structural analyses.
