Aim of the PhD project, entitled “mouse model of immune responses to bee venom allergens including the generation of monoclonal antibodies”, is to obtain information, whether the amounts of Api m 10 in therapeutic allergen products for the treatment of bee venom allergy are sufficient to induce protective immune responses (IgG₁ as a surrogate marker) in vivo.
